At St. Teresa’s School, we work to support a range of charities. Our Mini Vinnies group lead a lot of the charity efforts and we are very proud of them for doing so.
We were absolutely blown away by the kindness and love shown towards the Giving Tree appeal.121 presents were loaded onto a van to be taken to local children, children who otherwise may not have received a gift.
The Mini Vinnies also promote the ‘Reverse Advent Calendar’ within school. This helps to raise donations for the local food bank.
We hold an annual cake sale for CAFOD during Lent. It’s always very popular!
We have recently received a clothes recycling bin, for every tonne of clothes we are able to donate, £200 is given to the Red Sky Foundation. We will regularly share on Facebook when your child’s class is timetabled and able to bring in any donations.
We are proud to also raise money for Children in Need and Red Nose Day
