Welcome to Nursery
Our Teachers are: Miss Wren and Mrs Charlton
Mrs Charlton – "I love Monday and Tuesday’s as they are the days I come into Nursery and see all those lovely smiling faces. It’s my special job to teach R.E. in Nursery and we learn about Jesus and God through stories, songs, crafts and role-play. I love to go on adventures with my family and I enjoy long walks in the countryside with my dog."
Miss Wren – "Nursery is a special place full of curious minds just starting on their learning journey. It’s also a place where we make new friends and I have made lots and lots which makes me happy. My family and I enjoy visiting castles, museums and galleries and I love to be creative whether it be in a sketchbook, in the kitchen or in my garden. I love to visit the beach and often come back with a pebble or two, in my pocket!"
We are supported by Mrs Ross and Mrs Robb
Mrs Ross – "I have been working at St Teresa’s Nursery for ten years now and I love it! I enjoy spending time with my family and our cockapoo, Honey. We especially enjoy a trip to a theme park. I get lots of pleasure from watching my son and daughter play football and netball on a weekend too."
Mrs Robb – "St Teresa’s has been an big part of my life from attending here as a child to working here for many years. My favourite thing to do is to go on days out with my family and to visit new places together. I love winter and Christmas time."

Early Talk Boost
Early Talk Boost is a targeted programme aimed at 3-4 year old children who need help with talking and understanding words. Most importantly, the programme helps to boost their language skills to narrow the gap between them and their peers.
The programme aims to accelerate children’s progress in language and communication by an average of 5 months after 9 weeks.
Children who are selected to take part in the programme will attend three sessions per week during circle/story time, each lasting 15-20 minutes delivered by an early years practitioner. The sessions include activities that cover the foundation skills in speech, language and communication that children need for learning and understanding new words, as well as having conversations.
